Introduction
The pizza roller is a designed machine for shaping the dough of pizza, bread, piadinas, flat bread, cakes etc. It works without warming the dough and doesn’t change the dough characteristics.
The disc thickness is adjustable. The disc diameter depends directly on the roller lengths. The “R” and the “RE” lines are both equipped by two pairs of rollers; the first in its standard version is also equipped by an electrical pedal for the switch on. The “RM” model has only one couple of rollers. The power supply is single phase 230 Volt.
