The motor in a TEDDY™ mixer is unique – unlike rival mixers which have less power when running slowly and only really get going once the speed increases, the reverse is true of the specially developed motor in the TEDDY™ mixer. It is extremely powerful at low speeds when strength is needed to mix the heavy dough. Despite its superior strength, however, the TEDDY™ motor is very quiet – which is a bonus for both the operator and the environment.
Variable speed system
The speed of the motor can be varied to achieve the optimum mixing conditions and the best utilisation of the ingredients. The multi-functional control knob which can be operated from both sides of the machine is used to control the speed and to turn the machine on and off.
Focus on ergonomics
The control knob, which is used to control the speed and the machine’s other functions, is located in an ergonomically correct position on both sides of the machine. It can therefore be operated using either the right or the left hand. This also means the mixer can be positioned flush against a wall since it can be operated from either side. For ergonomic reasons, the machine also has a simple tilt function which makes replacing the tools and the bowl both simple and easy.
Quick and simple cleaning
There are no visible screws or joins on the smooth, even surfaces of the machine. It is therefore simple and easy to clean, thereby ensuring the highest possible standards of hygiene.
Dishwasher safe
Needless to say, both the bowl and the tools (whip, scraper and hook) are made of stainless steel and are therefore dishwasher safe. This helps to ensure the highest possible standards of hygiene.
A very special hook
The specially designed stainless steel hook has a unique shape which constantly works the dough downward into the bowl. This process kneads the dough perfectly and produces a superior end product.
Ready for other functions
The TEDDY can be equipped with an attachment drive. Optional accessorie is a meat mincer made of stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
All aboard!
The mixer can be fastened to a table and is therefore safe for use in a ship’s galley.
