Safety Touch Design:

When cooking surface is 700 degrees F, exterior is only 150 degrees F.

Balanced Covers:

The UNOX patented cover design provides perfectly balanced lifting. The cover remains parallel to the cooking surface up to a height of 2 3/4″; for even grilling of thick sandwiches or other foods.

Compact System:

The electrical connections of the covers pass through a metal tube inside the body of the appliance. This patented design greatly reduces overall dimensions and allows the grill to be positioned against the wall.
